Jeannine Crofton is a seasoned conflict resolution practitioner, having worked in the field since 1997 in a variety of settings as a mediator, manager, trainer, facilitator and academic. She has assisted countless families during her time as a family mediator in British Columbia and Alberta and is a certified member of Family Mediation Canada. Jeannine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (1993), a Bachelor of Human Justice (1993) and a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology (2005). Jeannine teaches Workplace Communication, Resolving Workplace Conflict and Understanding Family Dynamics at Mount Royal College in Calgary.
